High Temperature Oven HISPEC Horizontal Series
This is a high-performance oven that digitally controls temperature accurately which was enabled by integration of unique electronic technologies. Wide product line-ups will accommodate for various needs ranging from high temperature test to baking, aging and drying in production line. Furthermore, in order to assure reliable performance for long, continuous operation, durability of critical units as the motor and heater are for better than required specification.
High Temperature Oven HISPEC Vertical Series
Addition to basic performance of HISPEC horizontal type, the main body is constructed vertically for space-saving and the air exhaust outlet placed in the ceiling for preventing hot air blowing to operator even the door is opened during operation as safety measure.
HISPEC with Explosion Vent HISPEC S Series
This type is suitable for specimen which generates volatile gas (vapor) during heat treatment of drying process. It can be safely used because even when an explosion happens inside oven due to volatile gas, the wind pressure is released from the air release vent located top of oven.
HISPEC with Safety Measurement for Drying Solvent HISPEC HG Type
This is an oven which was developed based on the concept of “safety first over everything else”. It provides an excellent safety feature that is ideal for heat treatment which may generate inflammable vapor such as ceramic molding process and drying after washing off CFC’s substitute.
HISPEC with Anaerobic Heat Treatment HISPEC N Type
Heat treatment of electronic parts with a copper or silver electrode is carried out in the N2gas atmosphere in order to prevent oxidation. This is on oven which was specifically developed for such special heat treatment. Work efficiency is improved trough an enhanced N2 gas replacement rate, lower N2 gas usage, and shorter ramp-down rate.
HISPEC with Forced Air Exhaust HISPEC K Type
This is recommendable for secondly vulcanization of silicon rubber. This is a one-direction forced air exhaust which is effectively discharge precipitates generated during secondary vulcanization.
